Do you offer flexible payment options?
Yes. We offer flexible payment solutions through our approved payment partners, allowing qualified residents additional flexibility in managing their monthly rent payments. Contact our leasing team for current options and eligibility requirements.

Is the maintenance team on-site?
Yes. Our professional maintenance team is available to help keep the community running smoothly. Residents can conveniently submit maintenance requests through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office. Our team is also available for emergencies 24/7.
What is the pet policy?
Elevate at Huebner Grove proudly welcomes pets. Our one and two-bedroom apartment homes provide comfortable living spaces for both you and your furry companion, while nearby parks and outdoor recreation areas offer plenty of opportunities to get outside and explore.
Our Pet fees are as follows:
Pet Fee – One Time Registration – $400
Monthly Pet Rent: $20
Pet Policy – Only domesticated, common household pets will be allowed. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. 2 pet maximum limit.

Elevate at Huebner Grove offers a variety of thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 645 to 1,027 square feet. Do all apartments feature the same level of finish?
Apartment finishes may vary depending on the building, floor plan, and renovation status. Our leasing team will be happy to discuss available apartment homes and their specific features during your tour.
Do you offer reserved covered parking?

Does your community have a gated entrance system?
Yes. Elevate at Huebner Grove features controlled access entry designed to provide residents with additional convenience and peace of mind.
What are the fitness center hours?
Our fitness center is available for residents 24 hours a day. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.
What hours is the pool open?
The swimming pool is open during designated seasonal hours. Please contact the leasing office for current operating hours and community guidelines.
Do you provide washers and dryers?
Our apartment homes include either full size or stackable washer and dryer appliances. Contact our leasing team to learn more about available apartment features.
Do you have washer and dryer connections?
No, our units come with the washer and dry included already.
Do you have package lockers?
No, we do not have package lockers and instead provide package handling services and delivery options. Contact the leasing office for details regarding package acceptance and storage.
Does the Business Center have web conferencing capabilities?
Our business center is designed to support productivity and remote work needs. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding available technology and workspace features.
Are there any walking trails close by?

Residents are responsible for their Water and Sewer Fee, which is allocated based on square footage of unit and number of occupants. Can I tour a specific apartment home before applying?
